This broth is one of my favorites...

2-Day Cleanse - Vegetable Broth, Sauerkraut and Apples 
This soup stimulates the secretion of bile which helps the liver in cleansing the blood, promotes the filtering of fluids through the kidneys, strengthens the immune system, and aids digestion.

2 quarts water
2 red onions chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
1 cabbage chopped
1 fennel bulb chopped    
1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
4 large cloves garlic chopped
2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 Tbsp. fresh oregano chopped
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. sea salt
freshly ground pepper
10 parsley sprigs
2 parsley sprigs chopped

Bring all of the ingredients (except the parsley) to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Turn off heat and add parsley. Remove parsley before eating and add fresh chopped parsley when serving.

Finish the meal with sauerkraut for probiotics and apple slices for fiber.
